Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has called upon United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Aspirants’ during a meeting held at State House, Nairobi, to rally behind President William Ruto and strengthen the party from the grassroots to the national level.
The meeting underscored the importance of unity, structure, and purpose in building a durable political coalition that can deliver lasting progress for Kenya.
“To all UDA aspirants, I urge you to demonstrate political maturity, campaign peacefully, and remain ambassadors of unity throughout the election period,” noted the Prime Cabinet Secretary.
“Kenya is bigger than any individual interest, and together, we must protect the peace and stability that define who we are as a nation,” he added.
Addressing the aspirants, the call was made to consolidate support for the President’s broad-based national coalition, which is anchored on a people-first agenda, clear policy direction, and transformative development programmes.
He emphasized on the need for a strong and united party to secure a firm mandate that will enable the President to continue implementing economic reforms.
“For this reason, we must secure a strong mandate that allows the President to continue steering Kenya forward, strengthening economic reforms, advancing climate resilience, and safeguarding peace and security across the region,” stated Mudavadi.
UDA aspirants were urged to demonstrate political maturity, conduct peaceful campaigns, and serve as ambassadors of unity throughout the election period.
The meeting reaffirmed the party’s commitment to disciplined leadership, grassroots mobilization, and a shared vision of progress that benefits every Kenyan.
